Welcome to Ready Set Party. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

### 1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

- A deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation  

- Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at delivery  

- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received

### 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive a credit or reschedule option  

- Same-day cancellations may result in loss of deposit  

- Weather-related reschedules are allowed when conditions are unsafe

### 3. DELIVERY & SETUP

- We provide delivery, setup, and pickup within agreed time windows  

- Customer must ensure:

  - Clear access to setup area  

  - Adequate space and safe surface  

- Delays caused by inaccessible areas may affect setup timing

### 4. EQUIPMENT USE

Customer agrees to:

- Use equipment safely and as instructed  

- Follow all posted or provided rules  

- Ensure adult supervision at all times  

 

Prohibited:

- Shoes, sharp objects, or pets on inflatables  

- Food, drinks, or rough use of equipment

### 5. WEATHER POLICY

- Equipment should not be used in high winds, rain, or unsafe conditions  

- We reserve the right to cancel or stop use for safety reasons  

- Weather-related adjustments will be handled fairly at our discretion

### 6. DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY

- Customer is responsible for equipment during rental period  

- Damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges  

- Theft or loss of equipment will be charged at replacement value

### 7. MECHANICAL BULL POLICY

- Riders must follow operator instructions at all times  

- No intoxicated riders allowed  

- Participation is voluntary and at rider’s own risk

### 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ready Set Party is not responsible for:

- Injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision  

- Indirect or incidental damages

### 9. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

- Safety rules are not followed  

- Conditions are deemed unsafe

By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
